Loui Sand was born as a girl and was adopted from Sri Lanka when he was only a couple of months old. He was successful in the Swedish women's handball team before deciding to reveal the secret he carried on for 25 years, that he was born in the wrong body. We follow Loui's journey and know what it is like to live with constant anxiety and suicidal thoughts and how he got where he is today.
