Transgender couple Mark and Jessica Lynn Cummings have found true love and are planning to get married. Mark, 49, used to be Maritza. In 2003 he transitioned and is now legally recognized as a man. Mark works out in the gym, has a radio show about being transgender and performs his own music. Jessica, 39, was raised Shawn, but was tormented all her life by feelings she was born into the wrong body.
