Transgender Rei Griffiths, 25, was born a female called Nicola and started living as a man four years ago. He started dating his girlfriend, straight woman, Ayeshah Bekhat, 20, eight months ago. The couple, from Trefforest, South Wales, plan to move in together this summer and have discussed marriage and children. Rei plans to undergo full gender reassignment surgery in the future to turn into a biologically male body.
