Father-of-six Mark Hughes lost everything after coming out as transgender woman. Her parents disowned her and her oldest two daughters stopped speaking to her, but now Abby-Grace says she's never been happier. The 47-year-old had known all of her life that she had the mind of a woman, but it wasn't until last year that she summoned the courage to come out. Abby-Grace now lives in Idaho, USA, has left her old life and her children behind to start a new life as Abby.
