Pia describes being trans as like 'a course of endurance.' She says that coming out to her family was difficult. She moved out from home as a teenager when she did. Today her family accepts her, however five months ago she lost her father, who she says was the most supportive person in her life. It has been a difficult time since she also recently recovered from a bad breakup. These challenges were what inspired Pia to go to Turkey and get her breasts done. Today is the day that she shows her breasts to her best friend Beth who's always been there for her from the time she first came out.
