Aleisha's family comes from Uganda. Today, she is cooking the traditional meal of rolex, which is a Ugandan omelette. Aleisha uses tasty fresh vegetables such as baby tomatoes, cabbage, red onion and her special ingredient, mild green chilli, for her omelettes.
