Nadiya's quest to find the boss of barbecues takes her to Hampshire, where she meets BBQ enthusiast James, and her love for salt lands her in Cornwall, where she visits a salt processing plant and meets Paul Ainsworth, Michelin-starred chef and salt enthusiast.
