When a Gunnery Sergeant escapes a VA mental facility. We find out he has been given a hypnotic drug, which puts him under the influence of others. After the assassination of a Muslim extremist our team must find the Sergeant before he assassinates a popular Mullah. As our team searches for the sharpshooter over downtown Los Angeles rooftops, Kensi must confront similar difficult memories from her past.
