A man is killed and NCIS is called. They learn the man was not in the Navy or Marines so why were they called. The police ran the man's name and they were told to call them. When Gibbs arrives, and when he's told the man's name, he says it was the name he used when he went undercover over 20 years ago. They try to find out how the man got the identity. Gibbs talks to former Director Morrow for help.
