When the SecNav's daughter is abducted, the team works with Fornell to get her back. The kidnappers call and make a ransom demand. They want SecNav to deliver it but Gibbs and Fornell tell her she can't. So her ex-husband offers to go. But after getting the money they don't release the girl and shoot her father. Gibbs thinks that the kidnappers might not be interested in the money and they want SecNav but why.
