Ron pressures Drew to ride in the rodeo, for the sake of family tradition. He's finally worn down and agrees to enter, but he draws Chaffcutter, the meanest horse in Oakey and Rose is concerned. Ray, will win the championship, but Drew gives him a run for his money and stays astride his horse for the allotted time. Just as he's about the dismount, the unthinkable happened - he's thrown to the ground and doesn't get up.
