All is going well until Harold arrives home and lets his imagination run wild. Tad has had a brainwave - organising an underage concert at the school. The Rodeo Ball goes into full swing and Drew and Libby are the star attractions. Drew finds it impossible to spend time alone with Libby as each are swept off their feet by eager locals. But Rose continues to match make, much to Drew's annoyance. Shell's waters break and she heads off to hospital to have a baby.
