At a charity event, an unknown woman attacks Peter-a moment noticed only by his closest family members and Sara. Peter ends up covered in wine, but the incident causes concern among his relatives. Sara notices that the attacker dropped a scalpel and secretly slips it into her purse. During a family meeting, Peter hints that he's considering retirement, and immediately a struggle for the company's future begins.
