More than a year has passed after police major Pasha Semyonov neutralized the legendary killer named Architect. Now Pasha has left the organs and works as a taxi driver. His wife Yulia continues to serve her sentence for the murder of a drug addict who attacked her. Meanwhile, a wave of new daring robberies is covering St. Petersburg - two unknown persons, under the guise of guest workers, are robbing bank customers who are withdrawing large amounts of cash. Pasha and his friend Lyokha become victims of another attack. And in a pre-trial detention center Latyshev dies from heart failure. Arsenyev brought himself under dismissal, in his place came Semenchuk.
