Somebody in the city is attacking foreign tourists with the purpose of robbery. The FSB uses police officers to solve these crimes. But the matter is complicated by the fact that during the next attack there is a murder. Victim - Igor Levashov, a man of Foma who was involved in the financial operations of bandits. The attackers took the victim's portfolio with financial documents. Now Foma does not have access not only to his finances, but also to Arthur's money lying on Fomas's accounts. Pavel suggests that the robbery of foreigners occurs on a tip from the hotel.
