Mikhailov travels to the region to detain the wanted criminal Lyokha Finn and successfully detains him. Semyonov is studying Tuchkov's biography, as he suspects that someone is trying to set him up - the murder of Nina and traffic police officers speak in favor of his version. Semyonov discovers that Tuchkov killed his colleague during military service.
