The crime boss nicknamed Batya wants to take Foma's place on Nevskiy. To do this, he abducts Semyonov, because he is sure - he knows where the gangster common fund, entrusted to the storage of Foma, has gone. Semyonov frees SOBR, but Batya threatens to destroy him and his family. Semenchuk offers Semyonov to get rid of Batya, but Semyonov decides to do it himself and almost dies.
