Semyonov is removed from service for using weapons during an attack on him by bandits, and sent to a psychologist Katya Savitskaya. She supports the decision of the authority. Shubin learns that the gangster Leshiy is planning a showdown with his partner, and in order to prevent a crime, he asks Syrkov to organize monitoring of Leshiy. Drug addicts steal a bag with documents from Savitskaya, she asks Semyonov for help. He finds the criminals, but during the detention, two of them die.
