Businessman Stroilov, who is wanted for fraud on an especially large scale, arrived in the city. After some time, Semyonov manages to find him, but Foma, who suddenly appears, prevents the arrest. Ezhov points his gun at Semyonov. Investigator Popov interrogates Sasha on the drug case. Zavyalova acts as a lawyer, she manages to find violations and inconsistencies in the case. The investigator understands that it will be difficult to imprison Sasha, and together with Smyslov he comes up with a new plan: Smyslov's man, Anton Kochetov, knocks down Zavyalova by a car. Tuchkov helps the Finnish police detain a gang of criminals and on the way back meets Sharovar, a businessman who worked for Arsenyev.
