Judge Harold T. Stone presides over "Night Court", a court which deals with petty crimes which can be dealt with in a dime-a-dozen manner. Invariably, the cases appearing before the court are bizarre, but that's ok because Judge Stone is not your regular judge. He's assisted by a motley crew of clerks and District Attorneys who often create as much chaos as the criminals they bring in for trial.

When Dan is expecting some female company, he asks Harry to leave for awhile. When he comes back he finds Dan being treated by a doctor. It seems like the dog bit Dan and the doctor needs to know if the dog has rabies. Problem is the dog ran away. So they all scurry to find the dog.

Her lawyer a sleaze shows up and threatens to air Dan's dirty laundry. They boy shows up and latches on to Dan and tries to bond with him. Bull runs for a position and the incumbent an old bailiff tells Bull this means war.

Here's to You, Mrs. RobinsonWhile swearing in a group of immigrants as U.S. citizens, the gang is interrupted when Quon Le goes into labor at the same time Mac is struck down by appendicitis, and both are rushed to the hospital.

Her Honor (1)Dan thinks he will become a new judge, but Christine is awarded the position. However, Harry discovers that his name is not on the judge reappointment list. Meanwhile the Wheelers, the hick couple from West Virginia, become the proprietors of the concession stand.

Her Honor (2)Upon learning that he will not be reappointed as a judge, Harry disappears to perform an outrageous stunt. But he doesn't realize that Christine, who has taken over the night court, has gotten his job back.
