The group finally arrives to the City of Ussel. Rémi, who had only seen Chavanon, feels overwhelmed by the beauty and greatness of the city. There, Vitalis buys for him the leather shoes he promised along with other clothes like a purple shirt and a hat. The group starts rehearsing as they will soon act for the people of Ussel and it will be the first appearance of the newest member of the company: Rémi.
