Criminal investigation officer Timofey Zabelin arrives in the south of Zaporizhia Oblast - in Berdyansk. He realizes that he has entered a completely different world, where everything is different from the usual conditions: there are practically no street surveillance cameras, and checking your car for explosive devices is a daily necessity. The detention of an ordinary hooligan here can easily turn into a shootout with the use of heavy weapons, and a visit to the crime scene - an ambush by enemy saboteurs.
