Mr. Okaboshi takes Yamaoka and Kurita to his friend Norio Tsugawa's tempura restaurant called Ginya. The patronage has declined since Norio took over following his father's his death and the playwright and famous gourmet Yasuichi Kawanishi, complains that the quality is not as good as that of Norio's father.
