After overhearing Tabata planning for her wedding, the Touzai Culture Department decides on a wedding reception for the next round of the Ultimate VS Supreme Menu and offers to pay the costs. However, when Arakawa invites his mentor, Mr. Yuji Kiso, to the reception, he refuses because he considers them a petty event.
