Prank has freed his sworn enemy Maria from a psychiatric hospital and lifted her incapacitation in order to stop Roman's merger with Capital Bräu. But she surprisingly supports her son. With no alternative, Prank blackmails his daughter in an attempt to stop the merger. Clara frees herself and confesses the affair and the blackmail to Roman. Deeply hurt and manipulated by Maria, Roman challenges Prank to a duel. After the destruction of the "Oak Tree," Nappi and Colina search for a way to raise money.
