Directed by Colby LuperS10 • E8 Jun 5, 2025
The Cherokee Language is more than a form of communication. It holds our peoples' cultural identity. In the words of Cherokee National Treasure Edna Sue Thompson, "it is what makes us Cherokee." Sue is a first language Cherokee speaker and lifelong language educator. The onset of dementia forced her into retirement, but she remains a relentless advocate for our language.
