The Overwatch Shorts are a collection of stories for the characters of the video game Overwatch. The in-game characters portrayed so far in these stories are Winston, Reaper, Widowmaker, Tracer, Soldier 76, Hanso, Genji, Sombra and Bastion. The six stories so far are called Recall, Alive, Dragons, Hero, The Last Bastion and Infiltration and show characters' past experiences prior to the events in the game itself.

E8Honor and GloryAfter being invited back to Overwatch as part of the Recall, Reinhardt argues with his goddaughter Brigitte over accepting. Holding the invitation medallion, Reinhardt remembers his final experience with his Crusader friend, Balderich von Adler (previously invited to Overwatch) in a bloody battle against Omnics in Eichenwalde. - Calling
E13CallingCSIS Agent Noah Tremblay visits Vivian Chase, former Overwatch agent known by the call sign "Sojourn", in her home. He attempts to question her about her whereabouts the previous night, recalling his experiences then. She denies any knowledge or involvement, but Tremblay confronts her with evidence he found at the scene that points to her being there, undercover and in violation of the Petras act, despite the fact that the person suspected to be her saved Tremblay's life. Before he can make a decision about handcuffing her, however, Null Sector begins attacking Toronto outside. Sojourn immediately transforms her living room into a command center, using nearby communication channels to direct citizens to safety. - Reign of Talon
