We meet Chester, a homeless man who has set up home on Oxford Street. The police intend to arrest him, but when they do he's far from happy.
When passenger numbers at Oxford Circus get too high, staff have to close the station. It's called manning the gates and we see how staff go about it.
There are vermin on the loose above and below ground. We follow rat catcher Gary as he cracks down on rodents, while harris hawk Hope takes on feral pigeons.
And, night in the department store: the staff at John Lewis complete their nightly restock.
