The entire team at ADventure—now involved in a revitalization project aimed at transforming a local shopping district into a "Rugby Road"—attends a briefing session for the district's merchants, joined by representatives from the municipal office. However, the district's chairman, Gonzo Kawahira, appears thoroughly unconvinced by the project's details—going so far as to fall asleep right in the middle of the meeting. Unable to move forward without the chairman's approval, Madoka (Nanase Nishino) and her colleagues find themselves struggling to make headway. Later, while stopping by a local candy shop on a whim, Madoka stumbles upon the truth behind Gonzo's true feelings. Will she be able to find a way to win over his heart?
