The Pet Psychic is an hour-long television program that was broadcast on the Animal Planet network in the United States. The show was created by Yehuda Goldman and co-created by Todd Thompson, and senior broadcast executive Todd Mason, who also served as the shows Executive Producer. The program premiered on June 3, 2002 and featured Sonya Fitzpatrick as a psychic who claimed she could communicate with various animals including audience members' departed pets. Subject animals included the normal cats and dogs as well as horses, various birds and farm animals.
The program was scheduled on Monday evenings beginning at 8:00PM Eastern/7:00PM Central. The last regular airing of the program was on January 1, 2003. Animal Planet schedules no further broadcasts.

She uncovers a stunt horse's horrible secret and listens to a motor-mouthed myna bird with nothing good to say about a fellow family pet. Cesar the camel is holding a grudge against his owner, who was just trying to do him some good; Sonya smoothes things over between the two. She also chats with an alligator that has become known as a nuisance at his Gatorland home. Episode #8William the sheep was once the leader of the flock at his animal sanctuary, but now he has become more of a loner, sticking close to the barn. Sonya finds out the reason for his reclusive behavior. Rex the wolf, normally docile, has become aggressive and Sonya discovers the cause of his irritability. Sonya also helps former Fresh Prince of Belair TV Dad James Avery deal with the loss of his beloved dog, Rue, as he connects with her one last time. - Episode #12E12
Episode #12Sonya finds out why Doc, a beautiful cockatoo has been plucking feathers from his chest, causing his owner to put a halt to his performing career. While an animal enthusiast, Carol Dorner, expects a new addition to her menagerie. She asks Sonya if all is with her mother-to-be giraffe, Jupiter. Sonya also speaks with Tonka, who like other dogs his age, suffers from constantly achy limbs brought on by terrible bouts of arthritis. Nothing seems to ease his pain. - Episode #13E13
Episode #13Louise, a championship show dog, is eating less, but gaining weight, leaving vets baffled. Sonya tries to solve Louise's medical mystery. She also talks with Apache, a mini-horse with a broken leg that's slow to heal, and Alice, a once outgoing turkey with a bad case of the bird blues.
