The inhabitants of the Laughter planet are all afraid of Dikta Tor. Who comes out at night (which falls twice a day on the laughter planet) to eat all their flowers. Pipo and Ben Ziene go out after dark to try and capture Tor's henchmen, Grim & Hoon.
