You will need:
- Small hoop
- Colourful ribbons
- Small tissue paper squares
- Masking tape
Prepare hoop to hang by adding three ribbons around the hoop. Tie together at centre.
Take squares of colourful tissue paper. Twist in centre to create butterfly/bo
