Mårten finally comes clean about his feelings about Sandra. Tommy has decided to resign and appoints Steffen as his successor. As a going away present, the staff try to film a movie about Tommy. Mårten believes that Sandra want him to be more assertive; his attempts mostly make him look careless. Sandra finally decide about her future.
