Yet these career changers have a lot of criticism about their trajectory: endless assignments and reports, too little time and money, no good guidance and a general lack of customization. How is this possible in light of the major staff shortages? More than half of school leaders also believe that this route, which is intended to attract more people to education, can and should be improved.
