A young doctor, a real careerist and workaholic Sveta is assigned to the Arctic to continue her residency. Her supervisor is a certain Sergeich, with whom the girl has a long and painful history. Sveta believes that her views on life and profession are the only correct ones, and she is not going to listen to her elders. However, in the course of working with cases unprecedented for a young specialist and heartbreaking stories of locals, her opinion risks changing dramatically.

Upon arrival at the hospital, it turns out she's the long-awaited transplant surgeon, and now she must save the victim. To do so, Sveta, along with her colleague Maks and police officer Andrey, must convince the mother of a suitable donor and navigate a snowstorm. - Episode 4
E4Episode 4A terrible accident is happening at a mine in the tundra. Sveta, Maks and Andrey go to help the victims. During the rescue operation, the girl encounters the first death in her career, and also finds herself taking steps away from death. Meanwhile, at the hospital, it becomes known what secret connects Sergeich and Sveta. - Episode 6
E6Episode 6On the eve of the New Year holidays, Aleksandra enters the emergency department. The girl urgently needs a transplant, otherwise she will die. Sveta is fixated on the patient because of a painful story related to her mother. For this reason, Sergeich dismisses his niece and prepares to perform the operation together with Maks. - Episode 7
E7Episode 7During the operation, Sergeich becomes ill. Sveta replaces her uncle and manages to save Aleksandra. However, the grateful girl hides from the doctors the deterioration of her health, despite the poor tests. Sveta takes a risk and decides to believe the patient, which leads to an irreparable tragedy. - Episode 8
E8Episode 8Sveta secretly escapes to the tundra to the shaman. There, the girl finally understands what her main problem is and wants to heal her mental injuries. Meanwhile, Maks and Andrey go in search of Sveta, during which they get into a terrible accident. While the girl is undergoing the rite of self-acceptance, the men are fighting for their lives and concluding an unusual contract.
