A neighbor tells his friends about a glass-bottling shop where alcohol is sold very cheaply. The friends go there to negotiate, but the owner of the establishment refuses to take vodka for sale. Irina scares him with a police "roof" and calls Vasya for help, without revealing the essence of the issue to him.
