Tynamon's plan to use the captured Ranger's Super Ninjas Steel Fusion Star requires the voice of a Power Ranger, so he steals Levi's with a switching spell. Preston's effort to return Levi to normal reduces him to a pre-pubescent boy. Victor and Monty, lead to believe Levi's new voice has come about by disease, don hazmat suits - possibly for the rest of their lives - to avoid an imagined plague.
