Caught trick-or-treating without their Power Stars, the Rangers suffer a collective out-of-body experience when villainous Versix switches their bodies with six intergalactic felons nearing arrest. Summarily taken before the Halloween Intergalactic Court, they desperately try to prove their true identities before a trio of disbelieving Jack O'Lantern judges poised to vaporize them.
