Zurgane's Zord is obliterated by the Rangers, but the general escapes along with collected data from the Rangers' attacks. He uses it to create the virtually undefeatable HyperZurgane Zord, which cripples the Hurricane Megazord. Managing to escape the killing strike, the Rangers wonder what to do, while, waiting in the wings, two of the general's allies have their own plans about the general's fate.
