Maksim and Valentina, employees of the bureau for the distribution of souls in the afterlife, do not conspire to take on cases that concern themselves directly. Maksim gets the hardest task of his life: this time the client whose future fate he will have to determine is his loved one. Besides, the hero's relationship with him is not so cloudless at all. At the same time, Valentina finally manages to realize her long-standing plan and meet her late husband again. However, this meeting turns into a series of problems and adventures, for which the most experienced employee of the heavenly office is not ready at all.
