With two high-achieving daughters, Christi and Peter have outgrown their noisy open concept home and, in time for the new school year, are urgently looking for a sprawling property in a great district. In order to sell their current home for top dollar, nearly every room needs an update, and with the couple's tight budget, Drew and Jonathan get creative. Jonathan's dramatic kitchen makeover hits an early setback. Meanwhile, Drew shows the family every listing in their price range but finding the perfect property proves tricky and stressful.
