Recently engaged teachers Zack and Kristen are looking for a Charlotte, North Carolina home that will make the grade. But they both have very different ideas about the kind of property that will get a pass. Property expert Egypt Sherrod promises to give them a lesson in real estate 101. And given their long wish list, it all starts with separating the couple's wants from their needs. Getting them on the same page proves tricky, because while Zack wants to find a turnkey townhouse, Kristen has her heart set on a detached home of their own. Egypt warns that no house is perfect from the start. And then the adventure takes a major detour when they visit a game-changing property with incredible potential.
