Nungki gets a flashback of her childhood living with her family. The house where there is Nungki's mother, Lies, Father, and Mbah Putri, along with sweet memories living in it. From her mother, Lies, who could calm Nungkie when she was lonely, to Mbah Putri, who suddenly disappeared to go dance with Mbah Kung, to the help of Sister Nisa's caregiver. Nungki saw how meaningful Mbah Putri's smile was, especially with everyone's efforts at home to make Mbah Putri happy and comfortable always. Teenage Nungki finally decided to become a nurse to make Mbah Putri and all Mbah Putri in her city happy for the rest of their lives.
