the doctor informs Satyendra and Shoba that Prashant's cancer has reached its advance stage and they would have to conduct blood transplantation and chemo therapy. The doctor adds that in order to save Prashant, he would have to transplant Prashant'son's bone marrow to Prashant. Meanwhile, the gynaecologist tells Yash that he would have to take proper care of Aarti during her pregnancy. Concerned about Prashant's life, Satyendra decides that without informing the Scindias they must convince Aarti to have Ansh's bone marrow transplanted to Prashant.
