Scott "Punk Chef"Garthwaite travels to Ludlow Food Festival in Shropshire to cook the best of British food in front a live audience there, making history as the first Deaf chef to demonstrate at a mainstream food festival. Scott finds a range of local ingredients to cook with, meets some Deaf food lovers who are enjoying the festival, and talks to professional chef Olivia Birt, who works at London's Claridge's.
