In the first segment, Henry, Punky's foster father, takes over the task of walking her and her hyperactive friends Cherie, Margeaux, Scotty and Allen to school after Mrs. Johnson, Cherie's grandmother, challenges him to the job. In the second segment, Henry turns Punky onto the sport of fishing when she complains of being bored.
