Hush assisted Police Chief Muldoon in jailing criminals by transforming himself into a cigar smoking shadow named Quincy, who operated independently in tracking down clues. Featured criminals included the Scavenger Hill Mob, Yo Yo, Ping Pong, Baffles, Al Cologne, Professor Zappo, and One Ton.
