"La Final Doradal" is the story of how the men's sub-23 Mexican National Team defeated Brazil, soccer's most accomplished team, and won gold at the 2012 Summer Olympic Games. After a period of tremendous instability, Mexico arrives in London full of optimism under the watchful eye of the country's demanding sports press. Their coach, Luis Fernando Tena, united the team more than ever with one mission in mind: to prove to their country anything was possible. Considered by many Mexico's most prestigious soccer accomplishment, "El Tri" made history at Wembley when it stood proudly at the podium on August 11th, 2012.
