Quick Draw is summoned from retirement by the clamor of an outraged citizenry repeatedly bilked of their savings by Slippery Earl Slick. Poor McGraw cannot cope with Slick until McGraw's partner, Baba Looey, hides in the con man's valise and subdues him.
