Mexican-American sisters Ashley and Abigail are only 10 months apart but they are on opposite poles. After fighting like only sisters do, somehow they managed to agree on their Quinceañera theme "cover-girls". But when the party starts everything goes out of control. Would the sister be able to pull it off in time for their big day not to be a complete failure?
